About ALPHATEC® 300

High strength epoxy injection resin

ALPHATEC® 300 is a low-viscosity, solvent-free epoxy injection resin designed for structural concrete repair in industrial and heavy machinery foundations.

Complying with UNE-EN 1504-5, it penetrates both active and passive cracks, ensuring deep, long-lasting consolidation.

With its extended pot life, controlled reactivity, and excellent fluidity, ALPHATEC® 300 suits both high-pressure and low-pressure injection systems—making it ideal for foundations, columns, slabs, beams, and other elements exposed to vibration or movement.

This epoxy resin offers strong adhesion and reliable performance, restoring structural integrity for heavy-duty engineering applications.

Features

Very low viscosity for superior microcrack penetration
Extended pot life for stable application in high temperatures
Optimised 2:1 volume ratio for easy, precise injection
Solvent-free formula ensuring high adhesion and structural durability

AT300 is engineered for dynamic loads and heavy vibrations, ensuring robust industrial repairs.

Packaging and Mixing

ALPHATEC® 300 is typically supplied as a two-part system with pre-measured components (resin and hardener) designed for a precise 2:1 mixing ratio. This ensures consistent performance and simplifies on-site application, minimising errors during preparation.

Compact container sizes reduce storage requirements and streamline transportation, while clear labelling helps prevent mix-ups and supports efficient project planning.

Once combined, the mixture remains workable for an extended pot life—ideal for both high- and low-pressure injection systems in demanding industrial settings.
