About ALPHATEC® 370

Resin Injection For Oil Soaked Concrete

ALPHATEC® 370 is a high-performance, two-component injection system formulated with modified epoxy resin, designed to deliver reliable structural repairs in environments with high moisture or oil contamination.

Its advanced low-viscosity composition ensures deep penetration into fine cracks as small as 0.02 mm, providing exceptional adhesion to wet, submerged, or oil-laden concrete.

This system is ideal for rehabilitating oil-soaked machinery foundations and underwater or partially submerged structures, consistently meeting stringent standards for structural bonding.

Features

Strong adhesion to wet, oil-contaminated and submerged concrete
Low viscosity that penetrates microcracks (down to 0.02 mm)
Easy application with standard injection equipment and fast curing
High chemical resistance and stable, long-lasting repairs

ALPHATEC® 370 is a two-component injection system that delivers rapid, reliable repairs for wet or oil-contaminated concrete.

Packaging, Safety and Mixing

ALPHATEC® 370 comes in pre-dosed 12-litre kits—ideal for precise mixing with space allocated for the hardener—and is also available in bulk drums for large-scale projects.

Designed strictly for industrial use, it must be applied by trained professionals equipped with proper PPE, ensuring safe handling with its solvent-free, low-flammability formulation.

For optimal results, blend the two components using a low-speed, non-aerating mixer until uniform consistency is achieved, then promptly transfer to the injection system, following all instructions detailed in the Safety Data Sheet.
