About ALPHATEC® 141

Underwater Curing Epoxy Grout

ALPHATEC® 141 is an advanced epoxy grout solution designed for stabilising heavy machinery foundations in industrial and marine environments.

Its moisture-tolerant formula bonds reliably to wet or submerged substrates, offering rapid curing and robust performance that minimise downtime and ensure long-lasting structural integrity.

Features

Rapid strength gain
Reliable underwater bond
Low shrinkage and stable load transfer
Straightforward application

ALPHATEC® 141 rapidly cures in wet or underwater conditions, delivering durable foundation support.

Packaging and Safety

ALPHATEC® 141 is available in 10-liter or 50-liter kits, each with precisely measured epoxy liquid, hardener, and AT 001 aggregate. As an industrial-grade product, it must be handled by trained personnel using proper protective equipment (PPE) and following all safety protocols.

Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for complete guidelines.

Mixing and Handling

Add the hardener to the epoxy liquid and mix for no more than one minute at low speed. Transfer to a clean container, then gradually incorporate the AT 001 aggregate while continuing to mix.

For 50-liter kits, use a vertical shaft mortar mixer to ensure uniform dispersion. Pour the grout immediately after mixing to prevent premature setting and maintain a reliable bond.
