About ALPHATEC® 110

Fast Curing Epoxy Grout

ALPHATEC® 110 is an ultra-fast curing, three-part epoxy grout designed for rapid installation of industrial machinery supports.

It reaches high compressive strength within hours, even at lower temperatures, making it ideal for time-sensitive projects in refineries, petrochemical plants, and other heavy-duty environments.

Features

Rapid set times at or below ambient temperatures
Consistently strong mechanical performance
Minimal shrinkage for secure alignment
Proven durability under industrial loads

ALPHATEC® 110 completes a quick, high-strength cure even in chilly conditions.

Key Technical Points

Compressive strength reaches around 95 MPa, with flexural strength at about 30 MPa and robust steel adhesion near 14.6 MPa.

A short pot life (roughly 15 minutes at 25°C) supports accelerated handling, while low thermal expansion helps maintain stability under temperature variations.

Packaging and Mixing

The system comes in a pre-measured kit—resin, hardener, and aggregate. Blend the resin and hardener at low speed for up to one minute, then slowly add the aggregate until fully coated. Use the entire aggregate portion unless otherwise directed.

Once mixed, pour the grout promptly to avoid premature stiffening.
