What types of rotating equipment does Alphatec support for OEM installations?

Reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, gas and steam turbines, diesel engines, pumps, and generators. If it sits on a concrete foundation (even though it shouldn’t) in an industrial facility, we can support it.

Can Alphatec mobilise internationally to support OEM customers worldwide?

We operate across 60+ countries without requiring a local entity. We mobilise directly to site, typically within days, wherever your end customer is located.

How does Alphatec work within an OEM's project schedule?

We follow your specifications and commissioning timeline exactly, coordinating directly with the end customer’s site team. Our goal is to remove installation risk from your scope entirely.

What does Alphatec's turnkey foundation service include?

Site preparation, void filling, precision epoxy grouting with our proprietary AT800 or AT808 formulations, machinery alignment to manufacturer tolerances, anchor bolt verification, and post-installation checks.
