About ALPHATEC® 130

Epoxy Grout for High Temperature

ALPHATEC® 130 is a high-performance epoxy grout formulated for industrial machinery operating at elevated temperatures—up to around 200°C.

Developed to protect steam turbines, heat exchangers, and other heavy-duty systems, it provides reliable mechanical strength and dimensional stability in harsh conditions.

Features

Consistent load-bearing performance up to 200°C
Minimal shrinkage for precise alignment
High compressive strength (about 95 MPa at 23°C)
Low thermal expansion to help minimize distortion

ALPHATEC® 130 has dependable high-temperature performance for critical industrial equipment.

Packaging and Mixing

Pre-measured kits of 10 or 50 liters include resin, hardener, and AT 001 aggregate. Mix the resin and hardener at low speed for under a minute, then gradually add aggregate until fully coated.

A working time of roughly 220 minutes at 23°C ensures sufficient handling in large-scale operations.

Follow standard PPE protocols and avoid overmixing to prevent air entrapment.
