About ALPHATEC® 342

Resin Injection System

ALPHATEC® 342 is a two-component polymer grout injection system designed for industrial and heavy machinery foundations.

Formulated for moisture and oil tolerance, it bonds exceptionally well to wet, submerged, or oil-soaked concrete, restoring structural integrity in demanding environments.

Complying with UNE-EN 1504-5 and evaluated under UNE-EN ISO 179-1, ALPHATEC® 342 offers reliable impact resistance and quick curing—making it ideal for critical foundation repairs.

Features

Cures within 24 hours at 25ºC
Fills cracks down to 0.02 mm
Bonds securely to damp or oil-soaked concrete
Suitable for both high-pressure (HP) and low-pressure (LP) injection systems

ALPHATEC® 342 bonds damp, oil-soaked concrete, ensuring long-lasting foundation support.

Packaging, Mixing and Handling

ALPHATEC® 342 is supplied in two-component, pre-measured sets for accurate proportions and minimal on-site errors.

Once mixed, its low-viscosity consistency ensures easy injection through both high-pressure (HP) and low-pressure (LP) systems—even in challenging industrial environments.

Always wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE) and follow proper ventilation practices during handling.

For best results, store components in a cool, dry area, and thoroughly prepare all surfaces before injection to maintain product integrity.
