ALPHATEC® 001 is a general purpose filler for use with many different resin formulations, such as Alphatec 800, 110, 130, 141, and several others. It consists of a blend of naturally occurring sands, inorganic flow promoters, inorganic pigments, and dust suppressors. It is designed to have good flowability so that the grout can be placed under the equipment which will be supported, and to give very high aggregate loading rations. This helps keep the coefficients of thermal expansion as close to concrete as possible.
All ALPHATEC products are intended for industrial use, and should be used only by experienced personnel with proper equipment & training. Always use proper protective clothing, including gloves, face masks or shields, and wash any exposed skin thoroughly after using the product.
