The Solution
Proprietary Epoxy Grout — AT800 and AT808
AT800 and AT808 are proprietary epoxy grout formulations engineered for heavy rotating equipment foundations. They achieve 12,000 PSI compressive strength and perform reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C.
Unlike cement-based alternatives, AT800 and AT808 resist diesel fuel, lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, refrigerants, glycol solutions, and water treatment chemicals, the full spectrum of chemical exposure present in a data centre mechanical plant room.
New Foundation Installations
Precision epoxy grouting for chillers, cooling towers, diesel generators, gas turbines, circulation pumps, and transformers. We follow OEM specifications exactly and supervise all pours to eliminate application errors.
Usable compressive strength is achieved within 24 hours, allowing equipment to be commissioned on accelerated project schedules without compromising foundation integrity.
Foundation Rehabilitation
Existing data centres carry ageing foundations. Alphatec provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and repair of deteriorated foundations — including epoxy resin injection to restore voided grout, anchor bolt replacement, and full foundation rehabilitation where required.
We work within planned maintenance windows to minimise production disruption.
Vibration Monitoring with Motion Amplification®
Alphatec uses Motion Amplification® technology to detect and diagnose vibration issues in mechanical equipment that are invisible to the naked eye. For data centre operators, this provides documented baseline monitoring and early identification of foundation-related vibration problems before they cause equipment damage.
